The Living Room is open!

Come and celebrate the launch of The Living Room; Brighton’s new home for joyful movement, good music and genuine connection.

We’re opening the doors for a whole weekend of movement, play, music and a little bit of magic.
Whether you want to flow, sweat, dance, stretch, or just come and see what we’ve made, you’re very welcome.

Friday — Flow Motion Yoga & Disco

We’re kicking things off with a special Yoga Flow + Motion session; a playful, music-led class designed to get you moving, breathing and properly into the weekend.
And then?

We’re turning the lights down and turning the music up.

Stay for our opening night disco! Because no studio launch should be entirely sensible.
Good music, good people, drinks, dancing and absolutely no requirement to take yourself seriously.

Come for the class. Come for the disco. Come for both.

Saturday — come play!

Saturday is your chance to get a proper taste of The Living Room.
Throughout the day, we're running mini-classes and tasters of The Living Room.
Classes are short, accessible and designed to be enjoyed rather than endured.
Come for one. Try a few. Stay all day.

No experience necessary. No fitness-test energy. No need to be good at anything.
Just come and have a go.

And then, we exhale…

We'll close out the weekend with an hour of Yin Yoga + Sound Bowls.
A slower, quieter way to finish; long, restful holds, space to soften, and the sound of singing bowls carrying you out of the weekend.
Because movement doesn't always have to be bigger, harder or faster.
Sometimes the nicest thing you can do is stop.

The Living Room isn't here to help you become a better version of yourself.
It's here because movement should be fun.
Because your body doesn't need to be fixed.
And because sometimes you just want somewhere to go where you can move, laugh, sweat, dance, rest and be a person.
