‘Tis the spooky season to celebrate our inner witches! During Autumn, the besom, or witch’s broom is used to ritually cleanse or sweep away negativity. In this 90 minute workshop, we’ll enjoy some refreshments and make our own miniature besoms out of cinnamon and oats, wheat, or flax. Hang them above a doorway as a protective charm, or use them to sweep off altars, shelves, or other areas that need to be kept safe from negative energy. The cinnamon and grain smell will help remind you of cozy autumn days, and we will seal each besom with a bay leaf wish for Samhain and a charm of your choosing!
