Triptych IX: Magda, Divorce Attorney + M Woodroe

Triptych consists of three nights, each featuring three of our favourite bands and each accompanied by a lathe-cut vinyl release, one for each night, limited to 15 copies each. The third night features:

Magda: Uncompromising, raw and chaotic, Emerging from Brighton in 2024, Magda fuses off kilter post punk with alt-rock and noise into a sound that defies easy categorisation. Known for their erratic and powerful live performances, Magda have earned themselves a cult following.

Divorce Attorney is a South UK based Art Punk group with influences of shoegaze, noise rock and post hardcore. Known for eccentric live sets with unique instruments such as Keytar and Tuba, they have paved a strong name for themselves in both the Brighton and London circuits, with many shows at venues such as Green Door Store, The Windmill and The George Tavern.

M. Woodroe is a moody alternative band who has quickly shot out of the local DIY scene in Brighton to gain a reputation as one of the city's exciting emerging acts. Led by intricate political and provocative lyrics and followed by a bed of raw angular guitar noise, the 4-piece's image, lyrics and sound are boundary-pushing contemplations of gender, sexuality and desire that are difficult to pin down to genre archetypes. Recently signed to Venn Records, played by Dan Carter on BBC Radio 1, and gigged alongside mclusky and Prostitute, the quartet is developing their notoriety as an intense, refreshing, and powerful newcomer.
