The first part of WOWWW is a retreat-style afternoon, designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, breathwork, relaxation, reflection and connection.
This isn't only about rest — it's a chance to actually shift something too, whether that's how you carry yourself, how present you feel, or simply how much space you give yourself to just be.
Join us for an afternoon of Movement & Alignment Awareness, Hatha Yoga & Chakra Connection, Transformational Breathwork, and a Relaxing Sound Bath.
Held in a beautiful, woodland-set Yoga Studio in the countryside, this is your chance to allow yourself six hours away from the demands of everyday life, in a welcoming, supportive space just for women.
There will also be time to journal, chat, walk in nature, draw oracle cards, and enjoy refreshments including heart-opening cacao — plus a WOWWW goody bag to take a little of the day home with you.
By the time you leave, you won't just feel rested. You'll feel renewed.
The day will be limited to just 12 women, to ensure everyone can fully benefit from it.
