Did you know that Sussex is home to a staggering 138 vineyards? This is why we think there is no better way to celebrate English Wine Week, which runs from the 20th - 28th June, than with a glass (or two) of Sussex Sparkling Wine.
Although if bubbles are too tingly for your tastebuds then you’ll soon discover that Sussex vineyards also produce a delectable selection of reds, whites and rosés too. While English Wine Week is a wonderful opportunity to sample Sussex wines it is also a chance to explore this picturesque county. Whether it’s a vineyard tour, a self-guided walk or dining among the vines there are plenty of ways to experience Sussex during English Wine Week.
A week won’t be enough time to visit all 138 Sussex Vineyards but below is a tiny taster of places to visit to celebrate Sussex during English Wine Week.

Let Great British Wine Tours organise your day out for you, their Vintage Bus Tour lets you experience two Sussex Vineyards, or for something different try the Steam & Vine tour which includes a ride on the Bluebell Railway.
