The Events Desk at Hotel du Vin is your new central point for booking meetings and events for your clients. It's the perfect tool for travel agents, with a 90 minute response time and opening hours from 8am to 6pm. You can rest assure that your business or clients business' every need will be catered for when you du business.

We offer Day Delegate packages which include Includes use of the room, data projector or TV, screen and flipchart (subject to availability and a charge if hired in), complimentary high speed internet access, 3 servings of tea or coffee (2 with homemade biscuits, donuts or muffins), working buffet lunch, half a bottle of mineral water per person (additional drinks will be chargeable), meeting sweeties and a fresh fruit bowl.
