About
Set in Ardingly, Wakehurst’s wild botanic gardens are a stunning backdrop for your meeting or event. With six unique spaces you are spoilt for choice from our contemporary and world renowned Millennium Seed Bank (MSB) right through to the 16th century Elizabethan Mansion, and not forgetting the stunning grounds in which you can host a marquee for up to 200 guests.
Our Elizabethan Mansion has three unique spaces that can be hired individually or together, with period features and an abundance of natural daylight, they overlook the lawns providing an opportunity to have refreshments and lunch outside. We work with a quality AV provider to ensure all your AV needs are met so that you can relax and enjoy your event.
In contrast the MSB is a modern and contemporary space, the Seminar Room has inbuilt AV facilities and the Atrium truly offers a unique backdrop for your reception, being alongside the laboratories where the world famous seed collection and storage takes place.
