Apiary is a unique cocktail bar & restaurant in Brighton, inspired by bees, honey, and everything from the hive. The owners are passionate beekeepers, and their love for bees and honey shines through in the venue's decor, menu, and ambiance.

The award winning cocktails are made with a range of local & international honeys, while the  excellent wine list covers a range of lesser known regions & grape varieties. From the kitchen, there is a tempting menu of delicious dishes made with locally sourced honey and hive-inspired ingredients, including infused honey, pollen, mead mustard & more. The small plate format means you can stop by for a glass of wine & have a quick bite to eat, or you can come with friends and take advantage of the 5-course Tasting Menu.

There is also a small shop in store, meaning once you finish your meal, you can take home with you a jar of Apiary honey, beeswax candles, or your favourite bottle of mead!
