Beyond Retro began in 2002 as a single warehouse-turned-retail store in East London, stocked with an eclectic range of vintage clothing from around the globe. Fourteen years, nine more stores and a sparkly new website later, the company has carved a unique identity as the leading vintage retailer across the UK and Sweden.
Beyond Retro's team of all-star vintage experts work tirelessly to deliver an exciting and unique shopping experience for their diverse and discerning customers.
Each delivery of vintage product that arrives in store feeds the circular economy, helping to achieve Beyond Retro’s aim of reusing more of the world’s second-hand product by bringing new life to clothing. The stores are also home to Beyond Retro LABEL, an up-cycled range of clothing and accessories made entirely from vintage pieces and fabrics. This collection saves over 600,000 garments from landfill each year!
As the only bricks and mortar store in the UK outside London, the Beyond Retro Brighton certainly has its own special character. Tucked away in the heart of Brighton’s North Laine, the store is stacked with thousands of statement pieces that have been handpicked from every decade. This treasure trove of one-of-a-kind vintage garments includes different textures, patterns and an abundance of sparkly sequins, making Beyond Retro Brighton the perfect place for shoppers to find something truly unique.
