Gravetye Manor is delighted to host an extremely rare Nyetimber Wine Dinner, celebrating multiple vintages of their highly sought-after Tillington Single Vineyard wine. Set within the picturesque landscape of West Sussex, the Tillington vineyard is among Nyetimber's most celebrated sites. Its exceptional terroir produces a truly unique Pinot Noir-led, single-vineyard wine, with each vintage expressing its own distinctive character, elegance, and depth of flavour.
Guests are invited to enjoy an exquisite four-course dinner created by Executive Chef Martin Carabott, thoughtfully paired with a rarely seen selection of Nyetimber back vintages, including the outstanding 2013 and 2009. The evening will be guided by Nyetimber Brand Ambassador Zoë Dearsley, who will join Chef Martin to introduce each course and the accompanying sparkling wine.
The evening begins at 6:30pm with an aperitif, followed by dinner served at shared tables in our glass-fronted dining room. With carefully considered pairings and Gravetye's refined seasonal cooking, the night promises a memorable exploration of English sparkling wine at its finest.
Tickets are priced at £195 per person, inclusive of aperitif, four-course dinner with paired wines, and coffee.
