Artelium Wine Estate Hosts Fire & Wine Friday Summer Series

Artelium Wine Estate is inviting guests to celebrate the summer season with their Fire & Wine Friday event series, combining open-fire dining, English wine, and panoramic vineyard views in the heart of the South Downs.

Running every Friday in July and August from 7pm to 10pm, the evening experience will showcase a seasonal feasting BBQ cooked over open fire, highlighting locally sourced produce and bold summer flavours. Guests will also enjoy a specially created sharing dish paired with a tasting of Artelium's sparkling and still English wines.

Set against the rolling hills of the South Downs not fair from Burgess Hill, Fire & Wine Friday is designed to offer a relaxed and atmospheric way to experience one of Sussex's leading wine estates during the height of summer.

Guests are invited to arrive from 6.30pm, with supper served from 7pm.
"We wanted to create an evening that brings together everything people love about summer, great food, great wines and time spent outdoors in a beautiful setting," said Julie Bretland owner of Artelium Wine Estate. "Fire & Wine Friday is a celebration of seasonal cooking and English wine at its best."

The series continues throughout the summer months, with each evening centred on open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and Artelium's vineyard setting.
