He’s back. One of Brighton’s absolute finest, the incredible Robert Luis.
As the founder of Tru Thoughts records, Robert Luis can claim credit for putting out the first records by Bonobo, Quantic Soul Orchestra and Alice Russell. Last time he played Brighton Sundae, it absolutely KICKED OFF, with three generations all dancing to jazz-influenced drum n’ bass and we can’t wait to have him back at the controls.
From soul classics, to hip hop, to house and electronica, Robert Luis is a DJ who always gets the dancefloor moving. This will be a sweaty one!
Completing the line-up for the afternoon are Brighton Sundae residents D-Novo and Mr Dan, bringing everything from Afrobeat to dirty basslines.
Expect an afternoon of incredible tunes, a mixed crowd of all ages, a great sound system and the famous Brighton Sundae promise of “the friendliest dancefloor in Brighton”
