Join us as we unpack the moth trap, identify and record some of the many moth species found at the reserve, with chance to photograph them if you'd like.
We'll follow this with tea, coffee and biscuits and a workshop session where we'll introduce you to the ecology and behaviour of some of these fascinating and beautiful creatures.
After this your guide will take you for a walk to some of the most butterfly-rich areas of the reserve where we'll help you get to grips with identification. A great way to prepare for the Big Butterfly Count which takes place later in the month.
Over 600 species of moth and 30 species of butterfly are found at Pulborough Brooks and whilst we won't see all of them this morning this is a great time to see a wide range of these stunning creatures.
