About

All you sweet folk!

Join us this Easter weekend for a celebration of folk traditions, dance and song. A weekend filled with talent - we will be showcasing some of Sussex's finest folk acts.

Beautifully Bootstompin’ Sunday

This line up of rowdy balladeers are sure to get you folked up, with Morris dancing, Ballads, Blues and electronic folk tunes. To name a few, we’ve got local legends Ditchling Morris, fan favourites, Far Darrig, Flint Pascoe and Captain Dann. Ending the eve, Ceilidh Boom brings us Trad Folk EDM.

In the cellar we have a beautiful Craft Fair, from local folky makers!

Wonderfully Whimsical Monday

- A journey of music from the Celtic isles. Prepare to be entranced by tales, stories and tunes of past and present.
- Brighton Folk Choir and the Hognutters Mummers present the Mummers play.
- Folk legend, Jon Wilks sings trad songs and broadside ballads.
- Local folk stars Witchcraft and Vagrancy Act and Cara Elin bring to life the dark tales of old.
- And a to part, a proper Belver party.

In the cellar bar, we have a Hark! takeover. Brightons new dungeon synth night, expect bards, harps and goblin sound art
