About

Chef Dan Matthews will return to the Tasting Room this Autumn with a comforting seasonal feast, served and shared on long tables. Dan is one of our most popular Friday Night Supper Club chefs and we are looking forward to welcoming him again for this wonderful winter menu designed to work perfectly with Albourne Estate wines. Ticket includes:
Welcome glass of Albourne Estate sparkling wine accompanied by smoked almonds and olives

Crisp Ham Hock Croquette Served with a silky confit garlic aioli and delicately pickled shallots

Pot-Roasted Free-Range Chicken infused with confit of garlic and finished with a fragrant cider reduction. Accompanied by honey-glazed heritage carrots and slow-roasted celeriac and potato gratin.

Panettone Bread & Butter Pudding Infused with orange and Albourne Estate 40 Vermouth
