Effiji breath work helps to release energy blockages that are held within the mind, heart and body. In doing so we can then live more consciously and with greater ease. It then becomes much easier to:

- Make careful, intelligent, and deliberate decisions in our lives,

- Maintain positive emotional states regardless of circumstances,

- Develop empowering beliefs while purging disempowering ones, as well as better understanding our own thought processes, emotions, and behaviours.

The session will run over a two hour period where I will introduce you to the technique and then guide and support you through the practice. There will also be music played and a time for relaxation and reflection afterwards.

What you will need:

Please bring something comfortable to lie down on - a yoga mat etc. and a pillow and blanket. (I will have some spare so if you require anything, please let me know when you book.

Important:

Prior to the session please refrain from any stimulants including caffeine, chocolate, smoking, drugs, alcohol etc. It is important to enter into this practice with a clear frame of mind. It’s also a good idea to have any empty schedule after the session as you are likely to want to relax and retreat.
