Forest bathing is an invitation to slow down and immerse ourselves in nature. A sensory experience that research has shown has a positive effect on both our mental and physical health.
Come along to find out more about the practice of 'Shinrin-Yoku' and how it can support us. You will be gently guided through a series of mindful exercises, designed to open your senses and connect with the natural environment. A relaxing morning of reflection and presence. A chance to enjoy the tranquility of the garden at this private event.
