How Does Your Garden Grow? with Milli Proust

About

Join florist, flower grower and gardener Milli Proust for a talk from her new book, How Does Your Garden Grow?, a beautifully examined and practical guide to creating a flower filled garden through the seasons. We are delighted that Milli is joining us during the week of publication, where guests will be the first to hear from Milli as she talks, with warmth and expertise through the elements of planning, growing and caring for your garden or outdoor space, whether that is courtyard, rented space or larger garden – into a thriving, beautiful sanctuary.

Drawing on a decade of hands-on experience in her own West Sussex garden, Milli shares her intuitive approach to gardening in tune with nature. She brings to life the colour, texture and quiet joy found in each season, encouraging readers to slow down and connect with the natural world. Featuring exquisite photography from her own flower farm, How Does Your Garden Grow? is an inspiring companion for anyone dreaming of a vibrant, flower-filled haven at home.

Milli is inspired by the way plants grow in the wild, and she loves working with what she grows, creating romantic and playful designs for weddings, events, brands and personal clients. All her crops are all grown in rhythm with nature and are completely chemical-free in a passionate effort to protect our surrounding wildlife. She is the co-founder of Alma | Proust, a floral design studio, seed shop and flower farm specialising in useful, beautiful and climate-attuned cut flowers.

Arrive at 10.30am for tea and coffee, before the talk begins at 11.00am. A three-course lunch will follow at midday, served at shared tables in our glass-fronted dining room.

£170.00 per person inclusive of tea or coffee on arrival plus a three-course lunch and wine and a signed copy of Milli's book.

Following the lunch there will also be the opportunity to take a short, guided tour of the gardens with Head Gardener Tom Coward.
