Japanese Tea Tasting: One Leaf, Many Styles

About

Discover how Japan is reimagining classic teas through globally inspired processing methods.
You'll taste the unique Japanese interpretation of oxidised teas to create oolong and black styles, and application of dry heat in pan-fired and roasted green styles.
All teas served in beautiful bespoke hand-made teaware, and paired with delicious sweet treats, echoing the flavour profiles in each tea.
