Exclusive chef collaboration evening with the incredibly talented Cupcake Jemma of Crumbs & Doilies and Jes James head chef of Lost in the Lanes.
Known for her contemporary flavours, creative flair and a cult following built from years of dedication to her craft, Jemma – who lives in Brighton - is collaborating with head chef Jes James to provide a magnificent one-night-only, feast for friends.
Her style, precision and generosity in flavour, perfectly align with what we love to celebrate here at LOST. This special set sharing menu will include a wonderful welcome canapé, a signature dessert, and a beautiful ‘Bill Treat’ that should send you home floating. From our kitchen, we’ll be unveiling our new Festive Feasting Menu, crafted to showcase the best seasonal produce from the Sussex coast.
