About

Drummer Matt Skelton's Quintet presents a night of cool jazz in tribute to Shelly Manne, one of the greats of the West Coast scene of the 1950's. Matt's career has encompassed a diverse range of music, from playing with both US & UK jazz superstars, to appearing with the Halle, The BBC Concert Orchestra & the John Wilson Orchestra.
He appears at Eastbourne with Leon Greening (keys), Mark Crooks (clarinet & sax), James Davison (trumpet) & Conor Chaplin (bass).
