Nature & Wellbeing Activity Walk

About

Enjoy playful exploration, mindful activities, creative art, and engaging outdoor discovery to connect with nature and each other.

During the walk, we’ll pause for reflection and creative exercises that help you express emotions in your own way. Our outdoor activities are the perfect mix of art, mindfulness and outdoor exploration with your family.

- Explore: Discover the local flora and fauna and immerse in the sights, sounds, and peace of nature.
- Create: Calming art-based activities that encourage self-expression.
- Mindful Moments: Enjoy moments of calm, explore emotions in a playful way, and learn simple tools to support wellbeing for you and your children.
- Connect: Share experiences and build confidence together whilst enjoying nature.

Places are limited. We only offer 15 spaces per walk to be able to engage with all our participants and not overwhelm anyone with a big group.

These Brighton and Hove-based sessions are designed for children aged between four and twelve years old and their families but we welcome children of all ages! Children are to be accompanied by an adult on this walk.

We offer three tiers of tickets to make our walks accessible while continuing to grow our community organisation. Your contribution helps us cover the costs of the materials we use for all the fun activities, as well as behind-the-scenes costs like insurance and volunteer training. Thank you for your support!

*The meeting point and any additional details will be sent in your ticket confirmation email.
