About
As part of the Brighton Wellness festival, Matt & Paula of Full Circle Healing invite you for an evening of deep restoration, soul connection, and heart-opening transformation in the vibrant heart of Brighton & Hove.
This 2-hour immersive experience weaves together the ancient arts of ceremonial cacao, shamanic journeying, and therapeutic sound healing to guide you into the Akashic Records - the library of your soul - where you’ll connect with a past life that’s ready to be healed.
Often, unhealed experiences from other lifetimes can ripple into the present - showing up as repeating relationship patterns, unexplained fears, blocks to abundance, or a feeling of being ‘stuck’ in certain areas of life. By revisiting and healing these memories, you can release their hold and step into greater freedom, clarity, and flow.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao - a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine - to drop you into your body and open your inner vision. From here, you’ll be guided through a shamanic journey to access the wisdom and healing your soul is calling for.
As you journey, you’ll be bathed in the sacred sounds of crystal bowls, drums, gongs, shamanic rattles and chimes - frequencies that dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and help integrate the healing on a cellular level.
This is for you if you’re ready to…
- Release soul patterns or emotional blocks carried across lifetimes
- Feel more connected to your true self and inner guidance
- Experience deep relaxation and nervous system reset
- Open your heart and expand your spiritual awareness
