About
The Importance of Being Earnest
Presented by Dawn Admiral Productions
"To lose one parent, Mr. Worthing, may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose both looks like carelessness."
Dawn Admiral Productions invites you to a delightfully witty evening at Knoyle Hall for a fresh adaptation of Oscar Wildes most loved "trivial comedy for serious people".
When Jack and Algernon both adopt the pseudonym 'Ernest' to win the hearts of two young ladies, they find themselves caught in a hilarious web of mistaken identity, the formidable wrath of Lady Bracknell, and the discovery that being "earnest" is much more complicated than it looks.
Set in the charming atmosphere of Knoyle Hall, this is the perfect summer evening for fans of classic British comedy.
