Unidentified Fluid Other is a ‘one-alien’ multi-media performance art piece with out-of-this-world live vocals by one of Brighton’s top vocalists and Titans Season 1 winner, Gaylien de Mars.
An alien who can transform at will into anyone, Gaylien takes on many faces to better understand the human experience. In Unidentified Fluid Other, Gaylien reflects on their experiences moving through this often overwhelming world, trying to find belonging and identity.
This show holds a mirror to the human spirit through music and stunning projections. Exploring themes of human behaviour, addiction, self-discovery, gender, misogyny and feminism.
Gaylien de Mars is a highly versatile drag artist and performer, with incredible vocals, thought-provoking concepts, and clever stage design. Their pronouns are they/them. They’re a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and are neurodiverse AuDHD.
