The Ivy in the Lanes offers all-day dining, seven days a week, from dawn until dusk. The brasserie’s informal yet sophisticated interior features Brighton-inspired artwork, including pieces depicting the pier, sea life and Brighton beach, all set against a backdrop of leather banquettes, a striking onyx bar and pendant lighting.
An enticing cocktail list sits alongside the dining menu, featuring a choice of traditional and contemporary bespoke cocktails. Offerings include a Candy Floss Fizz, incorporating prosecco, rosé, lychee, ginger & Havana 3-year-old rum, and a Pavilion Passion, with fresh passion fruit shaken with vanilla infused Wyborowa vodka, finished with flaming rum in a passion fruit shell.
The Ivy in the Lanes and this year’s Snailspace Brighton campaign in support of Martlets. As well as housing a snail designed by local artist, Danni Smith, The Ivy in the Lanes has also created a bespoke cocktail for guests to enjoy until 18 November – ‘The Queen Bee’ (£9.75).
The Queen Bee features Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin, apricot brandy, lemon juice & Fever-Tree lemonade; a refreshing accompaniment to lunch or dinner at the brasserie this autumn.
The Ivy in the Lanes is an exciting addition to the creative hub of Brighton, a city with a strong digital culture that also celebrates theatre, music and art.
The Ivy Collection’s new haunt holds back a proportion of tables, allowing visitors to drop in throughout the day at their leisure, without booking.
The Ivy Collection is a group of restaurants, brasseries and cafés, offering accessible, all-day dining for locals and visitors alike. Each location is carefully handpicked to value, reflect and add to the local area.
