Chakra & Nature Connection Workshop

About

Curious about chakras?

Would you love a day in nature devoted to your connection with yourself?

Join us for A Day of Deep Connection, Healing & Awakening, a one-day retreat for women only set in a peaceful private wood.

This is a day for women who are keen to learn more about how their body really works, the simple shifts that can move you from overwhelm, confusion, or just not feeling yourself to a place of more peace, calm, and clarity, and to experience the magic of working with your energy instead of against it.

In the morning you will learn about the chakras, how they impact your emotions, wellbeing and energy and explore ways of bringing yourself back into balance, clarity and calm.

During the afternoon you will be guided to connecting with the healing powers of nature and trees to create a deeper sense of relaxation and inner peace.

This is for women only and is a small group to ensure connection, safety and community.

The event is hosted by Su Winsbury & Fiona Clark, both highly experienced holistic and wellness practitioners.
