Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol

About

BPO’s sell-out festive tradition returns! Acclaimed actor Alistair McGowan narrates Dickens’ timeless Christmas tale, with sparkling musical interludes from pianist Joanna MacGregor and the BPO Brass Quintet.

Featuring brass arrangements of Ding Dong Merrily on High, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, I Saw Three Ships Come Sailing In, Coventry Carol, O Come O Come Emmanuel – and many more – this is a seasonal tale of redemption and good cheer for the whole family to enjoy.

Directed by Richard Williams, our theatrical Christmas concert has become a sell-out festive favourite and this year visits Kemptown, Petworth, Alfriston and Lewes.

Each performance lasts approximately 70 minutes. Mulled wine and mince pies will be served.
