Create Your Own Winter Pasta Supper Club

About

Come together for this unique, hands-on supper club! Make a fabulous meal together and then sit down to share over a glass of wine with your fellow classmates.

Arrive for delicious antipasti and a glass of prosecco, then roll up your sleeves and dress your own focaccia dough with toppings of your choice. We’ll then bake the focaccia, ready for you to enjoy later in the evening.

Experienced pasta chef Tommaso will show you how to develop the perfect pasta dough, and how to roll and cut the pasta by hand.

On the menu for our winter supper club is goat’s cheese and hazelnut ravioli, served with herby honey butter.

You will also be shown how to make pappardelle for you to take home.

Sit down and enjoy your pasta and freshly baked focaccia with fellow classmates. We’ll be serving a carefully selected Italian wine with your supper.

To round off the evening, there’ll be a choice of our iconic lemon meringue tart or tiramisu (please specify when booking), served with tea and coffee.

YOUR TEACHER: Tommaso is a freelance pasta chef with over 10 years’ experience in handmade pasta making. He learned the traditional techniques with his Nonna working at his family’s restaurant in Padova, Italy. He then went on to work in the food industry in both London and Paris. A trained actor, Tommaso is now a Brighton resident and can also be seen working in our Kemptown store (when he is not teaching pasta or drama classes)
