Who the heck is The Heck? In a better world, one wouldn’t have to ask. Think about 1960s rock’n’roll: argue all you want about the gold and silver medals, but the Netherlands’ “Nederbiet” was pipped at the post so had to settle for the bronze! The Outsiders!
