Swimming and hydrotherapy can play an important role in supporting dogs to build strength, recover from injury and maintain mobility. All while being gentle on their joints. It's one of the reasons Petgevity are proud to be sponsoring Dogtember at Saltdean Lido, we love supporting initiatives that promote pet wellbeing and active lifestyles. Not to mention the cuteness
All dogs need a Dog Swim ticket, which gives them access to our 40m (heated) pool, with it's easy access steps, the splash pool with slide & water spouts and lots of grass to run around on within our totally secure site.
If you want to swim with your dog, youll need a human swim ticket, but if you prefer to stand on the poolside and throw a ball (provided), you only need a Spectator ticket. We dont allow children under 16yr in the main pool, for H&S reasons, so children only need a Spectator ticket (theyre welcome, suitably supervised, to go in the splash pool).
