About

It is possible for us all to be happier, and the science of happiness has revealed exactly how to find greater joy, meaning and fulfillment in our everyday lives.

In this afternoon-long session, you will learn through laughter, practical exercises and group discussion, exploring proven techniques for greater 'highs' and contentment along the way.

You will also discover how to boost your resilience and 'bounce back' stronger. Note that the workshop is not therapy and will not involve digging up past trauma. Instead, there will be a strong future-focus, inviting you to playfully experiment, create new neural pathways, share your perspective and connect with others in an friendly and informal setting.

What is the result of the longest happiness study ever conducted? What is 'the happiness paradox'? Why are smiles so infectious? Leave with the answers to these questions and uplifting tools and techniques for a much-needed happier world...
