Who doesn't like a steaming bowl of fresh pasta. It is so versatile from a classic
carbonara to a simple spaghetti and tomato sauce. Nothing quite beats making your own and after a bit of practice it is a lovely skill to have that you can use again and again.

Join Master Chef Champion, Kenny Tutt on a journey to discover the Art of Pasta Making. Kenny's warm, friendly informal style makes for a fun informative few hours, then a chance to enjoy a casual relaxed lunch with plenty of time for Q&A's with Kenny.

During the interactive demonstration you will learn:-

- The types of pasta and some of the history. Dispelling some of the myths!

- How to make beautiful pasta from scratch and some of the how to's and tips

- Knife skills (Demo and practical for class)

- Sauce making and how a great sauce can take a dish to the next level. Discussing mother sauces. Making a classic beef ragu originating from Bologna.
