Prepare for a Caribbean Beach Fiesta like no other, as The Cuban Brothers takeover the roof for a celebration in the heart of hustling and bustling Brixton, on Brixton Beach. Join the infamous brothers for one night only, as they bring a raw collection of sinewy funk and heavy beats to the beach, showcasing original tracks and inspired covers that are undeniably infectious.

This Sunday Brixton Beach will launch their one off event, as Guadalupan food specialists, Bokit’La take over the roof to host an afternoon filled with their Guadalupan special sandwiches, Bokits, filled with chicken, saltfish and aubergine. Alongside incredible food, the beach brings you unrivalled entertainment from renowned musicians, The Cuban Brothers. The collaboration ensures guests will be fully immersed in Caribbean culture. Between 2pm - 11pm, guests are invited to soak up the sun and enjoy an afternoon complete with Caribbean cuisine, Cuban cocktails and cabaret performances all on a beach in central London.

About Brixton Beach:
Since the launch of Brixton Rooftop in November 2015 the Space Bars team have hosted a number of innovative pop up events, providing South London with unique and entertaining experiences whilst creating a space that is welcoming for people to simply just have some food and drink. By creating an individual and interesting space for like-minded people to meet, eat and drink on weekends and after work; Brixton Rooftop creates a fun and engaging narrative to inspire high level production, showcasing some of London’s best street food and seasonal cocktails. The rooftop venue is situated in central Brixton minutes from the tube station. The entrance on one of the busy high streets opens out onto a vast 2,000sqm rooftop space. The 1,000 capacity venue is secluded between two railway lines making it the ideal location to create a unique world, that is seen as an escape from the hustle and bustle of street level bars and restaurants.

About Bokit’LA:
Bokit'la is the first French Caribbean street food based in London. Sharing a taste of Guadeloupe by preparing fresh baked dough, known as Bokit in their natal origin. It comes in with 3 different size (small, medium and large) so it could cater everyone's hunger and wallet (lol), 3 main different fillings at the moment: chicken, salt-fish and aubergines (for vegan), and finally 5 different level of spice: level being mild to level 5 extremely hot. On top of that you can add extra toppings such as avocado salad or more aubergines into your chicken for example the mixes are endless. Currently Bokit'la can be found at 5 different Locations: The barley mow (old st), Hammersmith (Lyric square), Brixton (station road) Oval (Church st) and Alexandra palace (Muswell hill)
