You know that feeling when the week has swallowed you whole and you can't quite remember the last time you did something just for you?

This is that something.

The Reignite Sessions are a Friday evening designed to help you stop, breathe, and remember what it feels like to just be you. Not the you that's stuck on the treadmill, managing everyone else, and just getting through the week. The real you.

Each session brings together a small group of people for a guided workshop, a hands-on activity, good conversation, and a glass of Prosecco and a goody bag waiting when you walk in.

This session's theme: Back to You

We're starting at the beginning. With what actually matters to you in this chapter of life.

In the guided workshop you'll reconnect with your values. Not the ones you think you should have, but the ones that genuinely light you up or have slowly been forgotten. Then in the creative activity you'll bring them to life in a torn paper collage. Colour, texture, zero artistic skill required. Just something visual to take home and keep.

No pressure, just a really good Friday night with a little something meaningful thrown in to help you reignite your spark a little - all with a back drop of the beautiful brighton seafront through the window!
