Sign up and join us for an hour slot as part of the Rockinghorse Relay, our 12-hour continuous swim relay, taking place from 7pm to 7am.
You can either swim for a whole hour yourself or split the hour up with others. If you’re doing it as a team, you can split the time up equally or you can swap over whenever you want within the hour, it’s completely up to you.
It doesn’t matter what speed you do or what distance you cover, we just want you to get involved. If you raise £100, this could fund a 6-week sea swimming course for a teenager with long-term health conditions.
