Treat your team, get their adrenaline pumping and boost morale with an awesome activity day with us. Activity days are all about indulging in fun outdoor adventures, being in nature and making memories with your co-workers.

TEAM BUILDING EVENTS

Despite the reputation for it being a bit cheesy, team building is the most important investment you can make for your people. It builds trust, mitigates conflict, encourages communication, and increases collaboration. Effective team building means more engaged employees, which is good for company culture and boosts the bottom line.

It doesn’t have to be boring. Get your team out in nature working together as a team while competing head-to-head with others and using their wits to overcome our problem-solving challenges. They will need skill, teamwork, group tactics and bravery to complete our physical and mental tasks.

Alternatively, some of the most effective team building events are pitting themselves against nature itself; walking mountains, scaling new heights or paddling along waterways and rivers. Everyone will be challenged but the team will never have been stronger.

CHARITIES

Tired of hosting the same old bake sale to raise money for your charity? Why not think outside the box and challenge yourself and your fundraisers with an awesome event? Whether it be hiking the UK 3 Peaks in 24hrs, paddling 29km of the River Medway or abseiling down the side of a building/cliff, get those ideas flowing and the training underway. Our office is based in Brighton but we offer these events across the UK.
