Chez Mal is a stylish and contemporary restaurant located within the Malmaison Brighton Hotel. It serves classic Mal dishes with flair and skill, mixing French style with generous British portion sizes and modern American and Asian influences. Our talented chefs are always on hand to prepare a great dish for you, from breakfast to dinner.
Chez Mal has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a casual meal or special occasion. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also offer afternoon teas and Sunday lunches! Try our conservatory with floor to ceiling glass windows.
Chez Mal at Malmaison Brighton is also home to SORA, a limited-time Japanese pop-up restaurant running from 20 May to 31 August, featuring sushi, robata grill dishes, cocktails and Japanese-inspired afternoon tea overlooking Brighton Marina.
