Sea Lanes is the UK’s first National Open Water Swimming Centre; a beachside base for fitness, health and wellbeing, with a 50m open-air swimming pool at its heart. Their mission is to act as a steppingstone to the sea and to create a happier, healthier community.
Nestled in Brighton, on the historic Maderia Drive, Sea Lanes’ wellness wonderland awaits. Grab your paddle and propel yourself on a sea kayak or SUP. Focus with guided meditation. Rejuvenate and revitalize in our stunning yoga studio. Then switch off and relax - soak up the sun, let the sea breeze soothe and enjoy something to eat and drink.
Bespoke packages, tailored to your preference
Take a guided dip in the sea, grab a paddle, keep it calm in the pool, warm up in our sauna (seasonal) or go geek in our cycling studio. Enjoy yoga, Barre, Pilates or a massage and engage your taste buds on the roof terrace and soak up some sun.
