Led by an experienced foraging guide, this immersive countryside experience combines a guided forage walk with a relaxed seasonal lunch inspired by the landscape around you. As you wander through Sussex’s hidden natural spaces, you’ll learn how to identify wild edible ingredients growing in hedgerows, woodland and coastal paths — from herbs and flowers to leaves, berries and overlooked native plants.

Along the route, your host will share fascinating insight into seasonal ecosystems, sustainable harvesting and the history of foraging traditions connected to the local landscape.
