About

In 1920s London, Bertie Wooster decides its time for the world to be privy to his extraordinary theatrical talent. He decides to regale the audience with The Tale of Totleigh Towers, a riveting riot of a story involving love, intrigue, secrets and, of course, the infamous cow creamer. Theres just one small snag to his brilliant plan: Bertie finds himself incapable of doing anything unless his trusty valet Jeeves is there to hold his hand. Between them, and the enlisted help of Seppings, the formidable Aunt Dahlias butler, they trudge through this tale much to Berties constant amazement. Despite the tight spots that Bertie manages to get into, Jeeves always manages to get him out again. An inventive, fast-paced comedy featuring P.G. Wodehouse's iconic double act. A classic play within a play.
This production will be the Societys entry in Brighton and Hove Arts Councils Drama Awards 2025.
