Each month, we will explore a different system of the body and how herbs can support your health and well-being. This hands-on course will guide you through harvesting herbal remedies, foraging, and practical uses of medicinal mushrooms and plants throughout the seasons.
8 Sunday Sessions over the yearner: Gather once a month at One Garden and explore the stunning grounds of Stanmer Park, conveniently scheduled for weekends.
Hands-On Learning in Nature: Walk through the woodlands, learn to identify healing plants, and create your own remedies from nature’s pharmacy.
