Come and join RISE for our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year.
Our 8K Undercliff Run For Women is back. It is a fabulously flat and friendly run and takes place alongside the iconic white cliffs between Saltdean and Brighton Marina. This event is one of the most popular events in Sussex's running calendar and has been the cornerstone of our fundraising for 19 years!
This distance is a great way to step it up from your regular 5K, or a great target to aim for if you've never run before!
Hundreds of women and girls will run along the beautiful Undercliff path on Sunday 18th October, accompanied by stunning sea views and lively entertainment.
Female runners aged 15 and over are warmly invited to enter – run or walk the 8k distance (limited entries are available).
All proceeds go to the charity RISE UK in helping them with their vital work in the community. A former Rise service user, said “Running the 8K for Rise means so much to me and my own personal journey, I really don’t think I’d be here today without Rise’s support and for all the other women who I will run with it’s so empowering to do this all together for our local community and to raise awareness.”
