Run Love is a two day, one night running and wellness festival set in the Sussex countryside.
Start your day with relaxed trail runs, from social 5km routes to longer distances, all focused on enjoyment rather than pressure. As the day unfolds, shift into recovery with yoga, mobility sessions, saunas and ice baths, alongside talks from coaches and athletes.
In the evening, the event transforms with food, drinks and music under canvas, creating a laid back festival atmosphere.
With on site glamping available, you can stay right in the heart of it. Run Love is about more than running. It is about the people, the energy and the experience.
