The Fairy Queen

About

Emerging artists join seasoned professionals for Purcell’s much-loved setting of the spellbinding midsummer night’s dream evoked in Shakespeare’s play. Thwarted fairy king Oberon wreaks comic revenge on his queen, and the ensuing story is conjured up in a magical series of masques throughout this delightful semi-staged production.
