Join Urban Forage founder and former MasterChef contestant Christian Amys for an immersive late-spring experience combining wild food discovery with an unforgettable open-air dining experience.

Your afternoon begins with a guided forage walk through the woodlands and meadows of Stanmer Park, where you’ll learn how to identify edible plants, wild herbs and seasonal fungi hidden throughout the landscape. Along the way, Christian will share expert insight into sustainable foraging, overlooked local ingredients and the surprising abundance growing just beyond Brighton’s city streets.

After the walk, you’ll gather for a bespoke five-course plant-based tasting menu, prepared and served before your eyes using seasonal wild ingredients inspired by the landscape you’ve just explored. Each course celebrates the textures, flavours and creativity of wild food, transforming familiar surroundings into something completely unexpected.
