About
The year is 1937, the place – your favourite electric railway. The shadow of war is on the horizon and the town is fighting to redefine itself, cleaning up its slumlands and racecourse. Our founding father, Magnus Volk, has not long departed for his eternal terminus, but foul deeds and mysterious happenings are afoot in the world of the railway he created.
You are invited to a wedding reception – a cause for celebration! But tonight, the order of service will include Murder.
Join Touched Theatre for an original murder mystery that brings to life this fascinating and tumultuous period in Brighton’s history. Expect thrills, laughs and a hearty meal, as well as a short ride on the Volk’s Railway itself. Co-written with a current Volks railway driver there’ll be plenty to entertain committed fans as well as curious visitors.
