About
Here at Arundel, we have been taking visitors and locals on Tours of our home town for nearly 10 years. Telling the stories, the history, pointing out the architecture, relating our memories the background of the people and events that all have made the beautiful independent town we see today. The use of fantastic photographs from past times help to give the guests the best possible hour and a half experience.
We have the ability to adapt our Tours to suit all ages and abilities, most times and durations, we can add on collaborations in the town, from afternoon teas to Sunday dinners. We also take presentations ‘On Tour’ to groups and meetings in the wider Sussex locations. We have a new Meet and Greet service for Coach and groups coming to the town.
We have some amazing reviews, on TripAdvisor and others. Headlines like, Highly Recommended and Excellent Historic Tour, An Arundel Must Do and The Perfect Introduction to Arundel, make us feel great and that our Tours are just the thing to give guests an introduction into all things Arundel and it’s importance over the years.
The Duke of Norfolk in Sussex, a Castle, a Cathedral in a town, a Bi-denominational Church, 2 priories, one ruined and one not ... all explained. Saxon, Tudor, Victorian, James II, our Queen and Queen Mary and all their connections to the town. The river and its connections to London and Portsmouth, its name and origins. The trade routes and Port, the Coach Houses and Pubs, the ins and outs, the ups and downs, all will be explained when you book a Tour of Arundel with us.
